A major investment has arrived in the global AI industry. On June 20, Ponsfu Industrial Co., Ltd., which focuses on investing in emerging industries, announced that it has formally signed an investment agreement with iSANetwork Group, which focuses on “enterprise-sovereign AI.” Under the agreement, Ponsfu Industrial will lead iSANetwork Group’s Pre-A round, with a total investment of as much as US$20 million (about NT$640 million).
The round values iSANetwork Group at a pre-money valuation of US$80 million, fully showing the capital market’s high recognition of its core technology, “enterprise-sovereign AI,” and its future potential. The funds will go to the group’s core AI product, iSABelle, and, building on Taiwan’s strong industrial supply chain, will be used in cooperation with leading compute-center builder KonstTech, with the goal of pushing Taiwan’s AI application solutions into international supply-chain markets and seizing the huge opportunity of global enterprise digital transformation.
iSABelle Enterprise-Sovereign AI: Breaking Down Enterprise Data Silos and Unlocking the True Value of Data
In recent years AI technology has set off a wave across industries, yet most general-purpose AI models struggle to get into the core operations of enterprises because of data privacy, information security and the inability to integrate with internal enterprise processes. Ponsfu Industrial, which is leading this round, has in recent years actively positioned itself in emerging industries such as AI, green energy and big data, showing precise investment judgment. A major highlight of the cooperation is that the development of iSABelle enterprise-sovereign AI will be based on the AI compute center built by KonstTech. As a leading AI cloud infrastructure provider in Taiwan, KonstTech focuses on building and operating GPU compute centers, and can provide AI models like iSABelle, which need huge computing resources, with stable, efficient and highly secure underlying support.
Yang stressed: “Through Ponsfu’s capital integration, KonstTech’s hardware compute and iSANetwork’s software strength, plus the channel capability of Longhwa (2424), we are forming a powerful iron triangle, with the goal of making Taiwan an AI empowerment center for international supply chains. In the future, from manufacturing and logistics to finance, all industries will be able to raise operating efficiency through iSABelle and take the lead in global competition.”

According to the letter of intent signed by both sides, this Pre-A round is expected to close by August 30, 2025. Institutional analysts say the investment not only injects a shot in the arm for iSANetwork Group’s development but also reveals a new model of combining Taiwanese capital and technological strength. In the future, iSANetwork Group will have more abundant resources to accelerate its business expansion in Japan, South Korea, North America and Europe.
