Ponsfu Industrial Promotes AI for Good! Creating the Jellyfish Bunny Girls Idol Group
Under its dual vision of promoting AI innovation and public welfare, Ponsfu Industrial grandly held the “Miguru Charity Carnival” at the Taipei Children’s Amusement Park. The unconventional event combined a parent-child fashion show with cute-pet costumes, bringing a joyful atmosphere to the venue while donating all proceeds to charities, to support stray-animal rescue and the living and educational needs of visually impaired children.
One focus of the event was the first appearance of “Jellyfish Bunny Girls,” a brand-new AI idol group jointly created by Ponsfu Industrial, KonstTech and Dacheng Commercial and Industrial Vocational School. “Jellyfish Bunny Girls” is a virtual idol group carefully designed by Dacheng students using generative AI technology, with creative inspiration drawn from the cute images of sea jellyfish and rabbits.
With the support of generative AI technology, the students gave each character a different personality and backstory, and moved the audience with their delicate designs. Charity helps society, and Ponsfu Industrial CEO Yang stepped up to lead the project. As project leader of the “Miguru Charity Carnival,” Mr. Yang, CEO of Ponsfu Industrial, put great enthusiasm into this charity event. He said the company has long been committed to giving corporate resources back to society and to promoting the idea of public welfare through events, and this carnival is a major expression of the company’s caring spirit. Beyond that, Ponsfu Industrial also teamed up with KonstTech and Dacheng students for industry–academia cooperation, bringing generative AI technology into the event so students could experience the endless possibilities of AI creation first-hand.
To support the school’s and students’ AI creation, Ponsfu Industrial invested NT$30 million to build an AI compute center, ensuring students can develop their creativity with excellent resources. All proceeds from the event were donated to help Taiwan’s stray animals and visually impaired children, conveying the company’s care for society. KonstTech provides AI compute resources and promotes AI technology education. At this event KonstTech became a key supporter of AI compute. The company is committed to building an AI supercomputing center and offering high-performance AI compute rental services, helping young people in Taiwan use powerful compute for creation without expensive computer equipment.
Mr. Tsai, CEO of KonstTech, said at the event: “Our goal is to provide Taiwan’s young creators with the latest AI resources so that their creative dreams can come true.” Dacheng students threw themselves into creating the next-generation idol group Jellyfish Bunny Girls as the core character of the industry–academia cooperation. Dacheng students were responsible for the generative AI creation of Jellyfish Bunny Girls and served as organizers of the carnival’s competition. With the AI compute support provided by KonstTech, the students showed astonishing creative potential, successfully building the Jellyfish Bunny Girls brand and debuting it at the event. The virtual idol group won applause from the audience and judges with its refined visual design and distinct personalities.

On the day of the event, Jellyfish Bunny Girls also sang a one-minute demo song and completed a high-quality music video (MV) shoot within just an hour. This creative process fully showed the efficiency and precision of generative AI technology, not only improving the students’ creative skills but also letting the audience truly feel the arrival of the AI generation.
[Junior-High AI Creation Contest Coming Soon, Paving the Way for Future Digital Creative Talent]
As a follow-up to the “Miguru Charity Carnival,” Dacheng plans to hold an AI creation contest designed especially for junior-high students, so that more young learners can get in touch with generative AI technology early. The contest will take “Create Your Own Virtual Idol” as its theme, and participants will have the chance to learn AI operation and create idol characters with distinctive features. The principal of Dacheng said the contest will not only let students master the application of AI technology but also let them explore the diverse possibilities of future careers in the process from creative ideation to realizing a work. KonstTech will provide powerful AI compute support for the contest so that participants are not limited by equipment and can focus on their creativity.
