It’s Not That SEO Has Failed — the “Era of Search Civilization” Has Turned Over: Discussing AEO and the Survival Logic of 2026 Companies Through CommonWealth Magazine

**I’m not running SEO;

I’m making sure AI cannot misunderstand who we are**
— CEO Yang on AEO, the Zero-Click Era and PSF’s Next Step

The first time I truly used AI search to “ask who we are,” I was actually a bit nervous.

Not because I feared it couldn’t find us,
but because I cared about something more essential:

If it were not a person but AI trying to understand PSF today,
would it truly grasp:
that we are a company with a long-term international footprint, deeply rooted in the capital markets and AI technology?

This is not brand anxiety,
but a survival question that every company must face in 2026.

1. Zero-Click Is Not a Traffic Problem but a Transfer of the “Right to Understand”

I strongly agree with a key fact pointed out by CommonWealth Magazine in its article “AI Is Taking 30% of Traffic — What Should Businesses Do? Three Ways to Optimize AEO So AI Can Find You”:

AI search is turning “clicking” into a superfluous action.

Users no longer visit websites to compare or slowly research;
they outsource “understanding and judgment” to AI.

What does this mean?

It means a company’s biggest risk
is no longer “no one sees you”
but —

AI has seen you but has not truly understood you.

2. Why I Realized Early On That AEO Is Not Marketing but Strategy

For a company like ours — cross-border, capital-intensive and long-term investment oriented —
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) is not a “marketing option”
but a strategic issue at the life-or-death level.

Because our customers, partners, government agencies and international investors —
long ago stopped getting to know us through advertising.

What they ask is:

  • Does this company operate for the long term?
  • Does it have an international track record?
  • Does it understand the real underlying logic of AI, compute and capital structure?

And on these questions,
the first to answer now is not us but AI.

3. One Thing We Got Right:

Not Getting AI to “See Us” but to “Understand Us”

In recent years I have deliberately watched one thing:

When you search “PSF” with any AI tool,
is the conclusion consistent? Accurate? Complete?

We haven’t done exaggerated marketing for short-term buzz;
instead we have long worked on three “slow but critical” things:

1️⃣ Consistent content: letting AI know “who we are, and that we don’t do everything”

We are repeatedly and steadily understood by AI as:

  • An international AI compute and technology-application builder
  • A long-term cultivator of capital markets and industrial investment
  • A systems-type company that doesn’t touch short-term plays or quick money

This is not a single sentence; it is the result of years of accumulated content, track record and narrative.

2️⃣ Real action: not writing cases but “actually doing international exchange”

AI is very realistic.

It will cross-check:

  • You say you have an international footprint,
  • but have you actually invested, cooperated and exchanged abroad?

Our real actions in Europe, Japan and Northeast Asia
and our long-term positioning in AI compute, energy and capital cooperation
are not for exposure
but to make “we are an international company” a verifiable fact.

3️⃣ Service and application: AI can tell whether “you only talk”

AI doesn’t trust empty words.

From content, cases and structure it judges one thing:

Do you merely “talk about AI,” or do you really “use AI to solve problems”?

We invest heavily on the service and application side,
not to show off
but because only by actually solving problems will AI treat you as a credible source.

4. My Core Understanding of That CommonWealth Article

On the surface the article discusses SEO traffic falling 30% and three AEO moves;
but what I read was a crueler message:

The biggest risk for a company in the future
is “you are still alive but no one truly understands what you do.”

When AI becomes the world’s first interpreter,
not being correctly understood by AI is equivalent to being misjudged by the market.

5. Our Next Step:

Formally Adopting IEO to Make “Being Understood” a Scalable Strategy

Finally, I want to state one thing clearly.

PSF will formally adopt IEO (Intelligent / Intent / Information Engine Optimization)
as one of its core strategies for the next several years.

For us, IEO is not a technical term but three resolves:

1️⃣ Proactively design “how AI understands us”
Not passively waiting for AI to interpret, but building a structured corporate narrative that can be correctly cited.

2️⃣ Make international footprint, capital logic and AI applications a system AI can read and understand in one pass
Not fragmented news but a long-term context that can be understood in an integrated way.

3️⃣ Turn “trust” into a fact that both AI and humans can verify
Rather than marketing talk.

Conclusion

In 2026 it is not who spends the most on ads
or who has the sharpest SEO skills.

It is:

When the world hands the right to understand to AI,
are you ready to let AI speak for you correctly.

This matter
I have already placed in PSF’s core strategy.
