[A Real Practice of “Invincibility” | CEO Yang]
Most people say “the marketplace is a battlefield”
because they have always stayed in the dimension of competition.
But the further I go, the more certain I am of one thing:
true strength
is not how many opponents you have defeated,
but how many people and things your heart can hold.
In this video, I talk about the “Four Immeasurables” —
loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy and equanimity.
They are not a monk’s chanting,
but the inner strength I have repeatedly verified in international capital, the AI industry and highly competitive environments,
and that truly holds up decision-making.
Many people think compassion means weakness,
but in the real world my experience is exactly the opposite:
Compassion is the highest form of dimension-reducing ability.
In the video, I share how I put the Four Immeasurables into practice in running a business and making life choices:
• Loving-kindness
It is not doing good deeds, but proactively creating value.
I build AI agents not to chase trends,
but to respond to the real loneliness overlooked in the digital age.
• Compassion
It is not sympathy, but understanding other people’s pain.
When you truly understand that decisions affect the next generation,
ESG is no longer a slogan but a sense of responsibility.
• Sympathetic joy
Not envying others’ success,
because others’ success proves this road works.
Only when you can sincerely rejoice in others’ happiness
does your vision begin to expand.
• Equanimity
It is not giving up, but letting go of the attachment to control.
The more someone wants to control everything,
the sooner they tend to be backlashed by their environment.
I share this video
hoping you can see —
beyond “winning,” there is a steadier, longer-lasting way to achieve.
This is not chicken soup for the soul,
but a set of practical mental methods that make judgment more accurate and life less prone to imbalance.
If you are tired of endless zero-sum competition
and want to find, in the AI era, an underlying coordinate that transcends winning and losing,
then these 2 minutes
may let you rethink what it means to be “strong.”
📌 True invincibility is not having no opponents
📌 It is your heart being so vast that opponents no longer define you
