CEO Column | AI Isn’t Impossible to Monetize — You Just Don’t Have a “Replicable Output System”

Many people ask: how do you make money with AI? This question itself has a blind spot, because making money has never depended on tools but on “the ability to produce value consistently.” The problem now is that everything you make with AI is one-off: write an article, make an image, produce a script — and it ends there. There is no process, no structure, no replicability, so it cannot possibly be monetized.

What can truly be monetized is a “system.” For example: a system that produces content on a regular basis, a system that reliably converts customers, a replicable proposal-production process, a product model that can be continuously optimized — and AI’s role is the “execution layer” within these systems.

But if you haven’t designed such a system, however strong AI is, it is only helping you with scattered chores. This is why some people have begun to build income with AI while others are still stuck at “feeling it’s amazing”: the difference lies in whether you have built a “process that can run repeatedly.” And this is not something you can learn by looking at case studies.

You have to go through it yourself: design → execute → fail → correct → run it again

Only the whole process turns into capability. What “Vibe Coding” does is structure this process, so that instead of watching how others do it, you build a working AI workflow yourself.

If you no longer want to just “use AI to make scattered outputs,” but want to build a system that keeps producing results, then what you need is not more tools but a complete hands-on framework that you have run through once.
